The following has already been said to Jon who has been amazing to me and has been amazingly supportive.

This may seem like another excuse from an endless line, but this is no joke.

On the 17th September I was in a very severe car crash, since then i have been recovering with very severe back injuries (nothing permanent thankfully), the doctors are unsure at the moment whether i will need to start physio. I had to move into my parents as a result of it. I can provide pictures of the car for those that don't believe me and a medical report for those that don't believe the car crash pictures. The car is an unbelievable wreck, basically to come out of that car with no broken bones and a few bruises is nothing short of a miracle. I remember very little from the night of the crash, they said that there would be a likelihood of memory loss and also flashbacks. I have had some vivid nightmares to say the least since then, it hasn't been very nice.

I am not after sympathy but for those that don't understand the severity of the situation, i quote from the scrap yard owner 'how are you standing here in front of me' . No joke. I am ecstatically lucky to be alive, people have died from less.

A huge step in my life this year was my acceptance to University, I was supposed to start University on the 21st September, I was only able to register my place yesterday because of this. I now start Monday morning, i have a lot to catch up on...

I wish people wouldn't always assume the worst of me, for those that have had contact with me in the past know that i can be trusted, though given the last 6 months it is understandable, though the 'stolen greens' thread is a bit much. I reiterate, we are going NOWHERE, for those that don't know this is my single source of income. I usually wouldn't divulge my private life as much but Real Incentives supports my complete financial situation so i can assure you i am going nowhere.

I hope that you guys can accept this truth, but for those that don't believe it you are more than welcome to contact me,

This explains quite a bit then, the only way you'll get your loyals back is if you get the support back to where it was before all this Ash. So.....Do you think you can?

Well wish you the best of recoveries, that sounds awful, does seem like you have had a terrible few months. I must say i feared the worst long ago like many of us but to actually know what happened to you it goes to show you've been awfully unlucky. I really hope your sites can get back on track. It's going to take a while to regain your eXceem base especially when you have sites like FJ and Kudos performing so well, but your network is capable of being up there with them and i hope you can realise that potential and just work hard at it and just get your network back to where it belongs!

Could you update what is happening to orders as you're at it? I recieved a small part of an order on Monday and nothing since so just wondering what's going on there? Cheers.

The 3rd year anniversary of RI is on the 26th of October, the new design should be launched on that day along with the rebirth of RI (think it needs a rebirth!!) Support will not be compromised by it, support will always come first, even if that means the design being late. Cheers, i almost feel guilty for getting in to be honest. I'm 21, so I'm considered a mature student, I got in with no A-levels, it was considered on my background of accounting and web design from the RI business. I was very lucky to get in,

That's awesome that RI has provided you with a stepping stone into Uni. Be prepared for a lot of hard work though.

I'm pretty sure that you will be able to cope. What's the course you're doing?

It's Web development BSC, think it may be the same one your doing actually? or similar. Took it to improve my skills so I could make improvements to RI. Good thing is i can do all my projects based around RI,

It was good that i had an A in Psychology AS because i needed good English for the course, so that helped a lot, may not have got in otherwise, odd how something like Psychology helps to get onto a Computing course,
