![]() | I think Ash is suffering from the "boy who cried wolf" syndrome a bit I've been using RI for a couple of years now and this has been a recurring theme, lots of support and activity from Ash, then he disappears for a month or so then comes back with an excuse like he was designing the new site etc.. I'm not saying he wasn't in a bad crash and doesn't have the same problems in his life that we all have, but if this site is his sole income and livliehood he should start taking his site and his customers more seriously. I hope that RI goes from strength to strength and wish him all the best for his future but he should be aware that his customers will only take so much poor service before jumping ship |

![]() | Here we go again, same old RI Sent in a support ticket early on the 17th and still no response, 4 days and counting. Ash, no matter how beautiful and fancy the new website is, it won't matter if you have no customers. Take my advice, look after the customers you still have, a new design won't keep us happy, answering tickets and getting our stuff sent out on time will. | Call me Ben .... | I know :/ My order was promised to be shipped for next day delivery on Monday. I am still to receive a support ticket reply to confirm this. My last reply was on 6 September. I just don't get this. Ash is shooting himself in the foot here. I've noticed that he's been online this morning and yesterday morning and i did pm him back (as he did pm me to promise Donna would sort it out on Saturday) but no replies on both support and here. Work on getting your sites back on track Ash and THEN sort the design out. Because your network is still suffering a lot and i'm in the firing line as a customer with no responses or items received!

He will be doing as much as he can for RI in his spare time whilst trying to juggle a load of uni work that he has missed. Cut him a little bit of slack as he has quite a lot on his plate at the moment. As for the design, nothing has been done to it since the first time I saw it which was a few months ago, so thats not what he is spending his time doing.

I don't expect him to not have a life or other intersets but if this site is his only source of income IT should be his priority and nothing else. Plenty of people on this site have forgiven Ash time and time again, but their patience is wearing very very thin. Peace out ! |

Who's to say he's not answering support tickets but just hasn't reached yours yet. You've been waiting for four days, others have been waiting longer. I'm sure you'll receive a reply in due course. You got the iPod you were going to file a claim for because you would never receive it. I'm pretty confident that Ash will do everything in his power now to get things sorted.

| Mini Mac | I think it's a massive communication breakdown between Ash and Donna, or just Donna not doing her part, but it's just speculation as we know very little about Donna and what her life may be like, as RI may not be her job but more of a side project. All you can do is just wait.

![]() | Oh and yes I did get my Ipod i was threatening Ash with legal action over, 4 months after I ordered it ! I'm grateful to get it but would you allow any store anywhere to delay your item by 4 months, I think not, if you bought an item on eBay and you waited 2 weeks you would be filing a complaint etc |

Im sick and tired of reading this thread now, why not contribute to other threads on exceem rather than just this one. |

![]() | I don't think anything I've posted could be considered a rant I am trying to show Ash that he had a very good network and he has let things slip badly, not just with the time away due to his crash but this has been going on for at least 2 years now. If he starts taking better care of his customers they will be loyal to him and his site I think blindly defending someone who clearly has problems will not help RI and may contribute to its demise anyway , free country and free speech so dry your eyes. |
