Hope as many have said of a fast recovery. I hope you get through it and thanks for the updates. I had a "sneek peak" of the design. Hahaha very classy!

I would personally prefer to see the network properly back on track before there are any thoughts of a further redesign, that is just a distraction.

Your iPod will most likely be delivered by DHL, at least mine was.

I too agree with Furbs, all time/effort should be on the service of the network until its back to how it was.

I'm the same as you. Waiting for my ipod and got given the same delivery dates. Will let you know if i receive anything.
Glad to see you back Ash. As this has been my first real problem with RI and not knowing you personally, i thought the worst. So i apologise for any comments i made, and for moaning so much haha. Hope you get back to 100% soon mate

Annoyingly Donna has done nothing for me. Ash promised that she would get a reply to me soon to confirm the order on Saturday or Sunday at latest, but no, nothing. And Ash said he had spoken to her about my account so this makes it annoying again!! As i was promised the order to be dispatched first thing Monday. Doesn't look like that was done as no support reply and no items received

Sorry to hear about the crash mate, it's sounds like it's a miracle you weren't killed. I do, however, feel that I need to say a few words on the subject:

I suppose my main point is that it would've hardly taken any effort for you to post information about your accident here on exceem; I acknowledge that it wouldn't be your first priority, but to leave it a whole month? Did your accident prevent this? I'm sure you checked your email/Facebook/Twitter/text messages, etc. during this time? And why couldn't you get Donna to make a quick post?

The fact is that your accident was in no way the cause of the decline in your network as it was in dire straits long before the 17th September. Do you have a reason for this?

Whatever the reason is/was it is only made worse by lack of COMMUNICATION. People will put up with a surprising amount of s**t as long as they're kept informed, however, by leaving us in the dark it looks like you are treating us all as gullible idiots.

For you own sake, when you run a business that is you "single source of income" you need give your customers more consideration than this.

I'm sorry if this sounds harsh, I don't want to start an argument or anything. I really hope you get RI back on track, but I for one will never use your network again

To be honest, Scribbler has every point in his post. All that could have been done is for Donna to post a quick message on here or to respond to support tickets apologising at least. Maybe there is a reason behind that not being able to be done, but i'm still slightly confused in that area.

Sure, people's lives are more important than money, and you will find everyone here has been wishing Ash the best with a speedy recovery, myself included, but it would be great to have a full explanation. Maybe we are being harsh and there a re valid reasons around everything but it would be nice to have this cleared up as a reason for now at least

I totaly 100% agree with Joewarne on this. Ash has obviously been through some very bad times, and is just coming through the other side by the looks of it. Theres no need to rip him to shreds like that.

Its funny how a lot of peoples tune has changed so quickly from the stress thread

I just don't get where donna was the whole time. I can understand that ash probs wasn't thinking about the site too much at the time, but that's when donna should've stepped up and, at the very least, explained what the problem was.

But that is something for Ash to deal with, not the eXceem forum members. All you need to do is let Ash know there has been a problem with Customer Service, (Which I'm sure he knows now) Then it is up to Ash to deal with as he sees fit.

It is neither our responsibilty nor business to know where Donna has been.

Ash is obviously trying to make amends for a bad few months, and get his business back on track. He has apologised to everyone, what else does he need to do, give you his blood?

Yes, it's true Scribbler's post might have come accross a bit harsh, but it's his opinion and I take my hat off to the guy for posting it.

the phrase cut the guy some slack comes to mind, maybe he wants to play on his console his whole life doesn't have to revolve around RI, he has had a serious accident afterall
and for those interested donna hasn't been online on exceem since june

EDIT: waits for negative rep

Glad you are ok and congrats on getting into uni!

Few questions that I think we all want the answers to:

- When will the network be up-to-speed (tickets answered in 48hrs, verification and orders done weekly etc)
- I assume Donna is no longer working for you - will you be replacing her with someone else? You clearly won't have enough time to do everything being at uni now.
- Will the items on the sites and ref rates be changed any time soon or only when the new design is launched?
- What were the reasons behind the network's failings prior to the crash?
- What were the reasons for not updating us (exceem)?

I really hope everything gets back on track with the network soon. Also the new design looks great and should really drive conversions. Unfortunately for you it's going to be very hard work winning back everyone's trust, one more slip and I can't see your network ever taking off like FJ. But for all our sakes I would love it to!
