I was the poster responsible for the "greens stolen" post, this was done through frustration and only matched the mood of lots of people on Exceem at the time, we had supported you through your break-up and now it seemed we were being ignored.
I realize your private life is nothing to do with us but had someone just posted that you were still with us and taking a month or so off for personal reasons, it would have saved a lot of Ill feeling.
I apologize for that post, as I said it was not thought out and I should have counted to ten before going online

Glad you're back, hopefully you can get your network back performing again. If you can get your support somewhere near the level of FJ then you might have a chance.

Very sorry to hear about your crash. So glad you're alive, I'd imagine we'd have all been pretty shaken up if anyone as high-profile of you was in a fatal accident! Glad you're on your way towards a full recovery.

Wish you all the nest to a speedy recovery Ash! I have never heard of someone suffering a temporary back injury and not have it affect them in the future, hopefully truth be told your back recovers perfectly because there's nothing more annoying than having back problems! and I am only 21 too!

Also looking forward to the 26th for this re-design, if it can increase conversions, I may have to do up some new graphics and carry out some split testing

I knew something was going on, didn't think you would just do a runner Ash i know your not like that from chatting to your over the years. Sounds like your going through some terrible time in life and business was prob the last thing on your mind when in a live/death situation like that, just glad to hear your ok and able to get back on Exceem.

Been waiting for this new design for ages now, hope it's good

glad your willing to get R.I back up against the best of the best and hope you do it.

That aside there are still a few issues that could do with clearing up. I personally and I know others are in the same boat have not had a reply from support since 1st June, that is a very long time especially with Donna available to answer tickets and not to mention the 48 hour promise. Secondly you posted on Exceem a few days prior to your accident asking members to PM you with their ticket IDs and that you would sort them and as far as I know nobody who did this had a response.

I'm not trying to stir things or play devils advocate but if you really want to gain peoples trust and get the network back on track I think these points need to be addressed.
