I don't really know you Ash on a personal or even customer level, but I can definitely see why Antriver is peeved. Like I've said before, I have been lurking in this thread and seeing how things all roll out, and you can see the frustration clearly. Members have tried to forgive and forget but most of them have had enough. And in all honesty, I cannot blame them.

I do not know how you reply to support tickets and can't judge first hand, but from the responses from good members here, I can tell the customer service is lacking very much

You couldn't just quickly log into eXceem one night and give an update? It would have only taken a couple of minutes...
Each update I have read seems to be the same

'Sorry for being so unactive! I know last time I made a promise, but something has happened. It seems like this happens on every update and I'm really sorry.
We will be doing...(and so on) and that is a promise.'

I'm sorry i'm being judgemental and conniving but someone has to say it! Each time I read a new update from you I always seem to forgive and forget. But when you count up all the promises still not solved, it makes you remember again.

Sorry if this is not my territory, but I had to say it.

But he hasn't been keeping contact either. It's pathetic the way he comes back after so long acting like a wee apology will make everything fine and it's all super friendly. He's treating the members here miserably and there's no excuse for that, none whatsoever.

I'll never understand why anyone will return to RI now. I really liked RI, the gave me my 1st freebie, but there's no chance I'll use them again.

He says he's got donna working on finding new offers, but where's she been? between the two of them, as electrogirl said, one could have surely made a post.

I hope those of you waiting get your stuff soon.

I was thinking of referring back to RI for a change, and I've just spent about half an hour reading through this entire thread.

It's funny how fickle exceem members seem reading all of it. It goes from all wishing Ash well after his accident, to everyone hating RI in general, to now people coming back round to liking them since the gifts appeared and Ash posted.

The one thing I found missing was any genuine support for Ash. I thought we were all in support of the networks, but there's not one post offering to help or support RI to get it back to a good working status.

So to Ash - if there is anything I can do to help then this is a genuine offer for free assistance. e.g. answer support tickets, maybe help with orders etc. Anything you think I could assist with. If you are interested, PM me and I'll send you my personal email address to discuss further.


And just for the record, I have no current orders or supoprt tickets with RI. I have had gifts from them in the past, but I stand to gain nothing from offering my help.

What you say is true, but I've offered plenty of times in the past over MSN and through PMs to help with support for free if he ever needed it. I guess he never did though.
