My support ticket was answered, it didn't make any sense though. I asked for a bank transfer for my last few remaining greens. My reply said "Hi Matt, Your account details have now been changed. Donna"
Yet my account hasnt changed at all, its still telling me that my ipod touch has been sent.
So just when i thought i could finally get out of this mess, it looks like im stuck here for a bit longer

Its just frustrating now

Usually when they say that they will still send you the money.
If you provided bank account details in your last ticket then it should get sent there.

Real-incentives don't really have a custom order status that I know of. Usually just stays the same or the picture disappears and random stuff appears in the gift choice bit.

Received £340 yesterday, massive relief. Had all but given up on getting the money.

Wouldn't rule out using them again, only if the current speed of support and verification/ordering stays like it is for a good few months.

If I login using the email address ant2@3media.co.uk I am taken to the account which I created - #24065.

As you know, it is impossible to create two account with the same email address - meaning that one of the accounts - either 25063 or 25065 was created by an administrator.

When I created the account ant2@3media.co.uk (which would have been #24063) something went wrong and I sent in a support ticket to get this problem fixed. Your solution was to create the account 24065 for me with the same email address ant2@3media.co.uk which I then went on to use. You made a mistake by not deleting the account 24063 which I couldn't use and now you are using this against me when as you can see it was your fault.

Aside from this fact that the unusable account 24063 should have been deleted when you made the account 24065 for me, it should be perfectly clear to you that I can't even access this account because by logging in with the email address ant@3media.co.uk it can only possibly lead to one account. Therefore it is impossible for me to use this account to defraud your company because I had no idea it existed and it is impossible for me to access it. The only answer is that you are trying to defraud me out of the money I am legally owed by your company.
Edit: whoops, I got mixed up with account IDs. But they should see my point
