what to do next

i did the king.com well over 2 weeks ago for a trade on here i completed, all the requirments were done right but still nothing ive sent all the details and pictures to support@ email addy three times, but still nothing no email back or anything.
what should i do next.

Personally, and i know this will get some backs up, i think its disgusting how Ash and Donna are treating the very customers who made RI the freebie network it is today!

I understand Ash' situation but ignoring the people who have lined their pockets for so long can only be detrimental to both RI, Ash himself and the freebie scene in general.

Should Ash need a little time away then why doesnt Donna pick up the reins?

I think RI could really end up going under and if it does then what kind of effect will this have on Ash? Losing both the love of his life and then the network he built from scratch could possibly prove too much, so i hope he finds the strength to return to the RI hotseat and try to rebuild his once great reputation.

This is not a personal attack but just my opinion and i wish Ash all the best in returning to the top, alongside FJ and Kudos, where he belongs.

Well said tbh ... I've been waiting for a custom order for over a month now which i was promised weeks ago. No replies for 2 weeks, it's incredibly annoying especially when i said i really needed it so if you are unable to get it to me soon i will try to get it myself. But nope no replies or updates. Takes the piss especially when a fellow member on here actually got something at the same time that i requested my custom order, i mean why ignore mine

thanks for the replies i did it for a trade the person went green in a hr on kudos for me but now i feel like a scammer as ive been waiting over 3 weeks now.

I know its prob not what you want to hear, but I suppose all you can do is keep raisng the support tickets and keep yer chin up. There are obviously some problems with RI at the mo but I can sense that speculation is going to start taking over and adding more negativity to the forum.

Good luck with getting this sorted, and i hope that you get your response soon.

We've all got to stop talking negativly about RI, yeah there is clearly a problem, a big problem and I understand you Ben about your custom order put I'm sure RI will pick up again! Donna may be having her own problems, just maybe she's not the person to announce it publicly, we don't know that. And we all know Ashe's story, just hang in there guys, you'll get your stuff soon!

one other thing to consider, is that Donna might not have access to the information if Ash is AWOL!!

Nah, Donna ordered Larkino's stuff, and Ash even said to me he would pass it on to Donna for her to do for me!! Soo, i don't think Donna is out of the blame.

It's the lack of updates which are berating me. I wouldn't mind a 'sorry, will get it done in ...' but there's been nothing for 2 weeks!

ash will be back again soon , he will then tell you all how things are gonna change , he will promise you all sorts of things are going to happen , he will then get lots of thanks/praise from the gullable members on here , and then go missing again

then the the routine starts all over again .
