The official channel to find an update is via a support ticket, and whther the RI members update on here is solely down to their discretion. Not just members are jumping up and down demanding an answer.

And don't get me wrong, I fully understand your pain with how long you have been waiting for your gift, I have been in a similar situation with another network previously. But what I am getting sick of seeing just lately on Exceem, is too many members bitching about this, that and the other. Then the speculation starts. And who knows RI may well be dissapearing. but I, nor you know that so why (and im not necesarily blaming you personally) throw fuel onto a fire of speculation. People then start to believe that speculation and start disliking the networks.

It is very tedious to read most new threads of people moaning about this that and the other. You know what I think Arctic and Furbs may well have done the right thing.

But how on earth aren't we owed an explanation when even the owner Ash came on here looking for advice personally. This forum has been good for that guy not just for his business because a lot of people on here are very nice people. I know Ash is going through a hard time but surely Donna should be doing something. Ultimately they have updated us in the past so why should we expect to not see an update now. We expect an update because they have done so in the past.

They need a portal or something like for updates if that's your line anyway. I mean to be waiting 1 and a half months after being promised getting stuff is rather annoying especially as i'm not getting any updates from support tickets. So as R-I have updated us a lot on this forum since their launch then people will expect updates as they are returning the favour. The whole point of messageboards is to interact with other members looking at what is happening with other people in similar situations anyway. We're just wanting to know what's going on.

They promise a 48 hour support ticket reply time but instead i get a month. In the end of the day no they aren't entitled to come on here at all but if they were able to have something up on their site or run it efficiently enough then we are going to expect updates in the place where R-I puts their updates. I mean, for example any network will promote anything on eXceem they are promoting with their website but when networks dwindle in quality they don't have to give replies, it shows the level of business that does.

Btw i think this forum has been much better since Rhysjones got banned - and Arctic stopped posting. Furb is a loss as he was a good member but it's up to members if they want to leave the forum. If people want to leave so be it, but if it's an attitude anyone bother thinks about i hope they do leave as the view of 'leaving forums' annoy me greatly, it's a bloody forum for god's sake lol. The forum has been a really good read in the past month or so, hope it continues anyway!

I agree that it is expected due the fact that in the past so much updating has been done on here. But you shouldn't "Expect" anything from anyone that isn't necesarily a requirement, if you do you will go though life being very dissapointed.

I also agree that you should expect an answer to your support tickets and understand that you are angry that the 48 hr promise has been broken, and like I say I feel your pain, Ive been there. I know it can be very frustrating having to wait for that gift when you have fully completed your requirements.

What is getting me down is the sheer amount of speculation and scaremongering that happens. I enjoy coming to this forum and have done for a while, I generlly think it is a good read everyday ( Esp while in the middle of a tedious day at work). But personally over the last few months all that seems to happen on here is moaning, speculation and arguments. Esp when people post ridiculous comments, such as above. Just seems to be coming such a negative place to visit. I for one don't need this kind of negativity in my life.

Personally I think Arctic was a good member of the community, but from what I understand he got more and more annoyed with idiot members of the community. So chooses no longer to post here. Furbs is a great loss also due to the sheer amount he has contributed, I got my £185 from Freepay just because he let me have the links on one of his sites for 3 days. I mean wow.

I never really spoke to or got to know Ryhsjones so can't really comment.

The thing is, speculation will start, many of us who have been on eXceem for a long time will have seen networks come and go - similarish to this. Of course i know R-I has little chance of going down as i trust in Ash - but we saw Giveaway's situation didn't we so it's going to make members scared to see a repeat scenario and their greens lost. I wouldn't call it negative, i mean apart from posts about R-I i can't think of anything else which is negative - majorly anyway?

I dont post very often around here, but i check and read the forum most days. A month or two ago, the conversation you were having would have erupted into a full scale argument! This forum has improved a lot lately, mainly down to people like you two who set a great example to any newbies
