Account on hold?!?

Ok,

So I finnally got my two referals for an ipod shuffle - this is my first freebie try. I went into verification, where it says check back in 5 days etcc... it took about 7 days - fair enough - and then its finnally done, it says the two accounts i've had signed up under me are on hold....? Now i need two more referals when i had two anyway... i'm just feeling abit pissed off because i've spent ages trying to get them, and i've no idea whats happened or why...?

It is because those 2 people have broken the T&C''s. dont worry, it doesnt sound like you have, otherwise your account would be on hold as well.

I've no idea, probably my website... Is there any way to get there accounts off hold?

no, if they have broken the rules then im afraid they are gone. Unless you can think of a reason they shouldn't be on hold. best to move on and try and get some more refs

The people who manage the networks are pretty clued up and on the ball, if the accounts are on hold it's more than likely for a very good reason.

You would need to contact them and get them to ask the networks. RI probs won't tell you why they're on hold because it is in breach of the Data Protection act.

Grr i haven't heard anything for around 5 days. I did say i needed the stuff, and would have bought some of it out of my own money if i had known it would take this long as i was told it would be sorted really soon

100% on hold doesn't happen a lot. Are you sure that the referrals came from your website?
