My cheque apparently got lost in the post. I knew this had happened by Weds/Thurs last week and have had about three relatively pointless tickets trying to arrange the replacement until today.

Ash says it will be sent tomorrow - but after months and months of waiting and with a network trying to regain it's reputation some sense of urgency would be nice! What was wrong with yesterday, what's wrong with today?

48hr replies are good when they make progress - it does not bare thinking about what this would be like if things were still as slow as before. But I still have no cheque!! .

Just an update really - have you got your cheque SandDancer?

Yeah you're due a free green then. (edit: if you don't get a reply by midnight)

What did Ash say in that first reply? That he'd sent it or was going to?

I'm just praying that my cheque does actually get sent tomorrow before Ash gets into his exclusion from 48hr replying period from the 29th. No offense to Ash but I've found myself in this situation so many time in the last few months that until I can see and hold my cheque I'm predicting the worst. I've been told that this and that will be done at this time, or by this date too many times to remember .
