I feel Sandancer has every right to be angry tbh. And comments of 'You'll get it in the end' don't suffice when this is supposed to be a network competing with FJ and Kudos, this isn't Freepay.

There are numerous networks out there and so you would expect there to be some kind of consistency with regards to delivery times, simply down to competition between them. At the same time we as users are in a fortunate position, and if we don't like the service then we can go elsewhere. If you like the network, stay. If you don't then switch as imo there are probably higher levels of service elsewhere currently (no offense to Ash). It's not something that needs to be debated because, put simply, you can act by moving networks. You can see how important customer service is when you look at the success of FJ and Kudos, fair enough for a while they had considerably higher ref rates than some other networks, but the service is why you used them. Get your cheque and make your decision mate.

I personally had a pretty bad experience with r.i when I used them last year, and it resulted in me changing to FJ. I won't go into details because 1) Can't be arsed to go over the crap again(it really did drive me mad, I was waiting fair bit longer than a month for my money), and 2)It is not perhaps relevant/fair to the level of service now.
