Support - 48 Hour Promise


Hey everyone,

As promised, the 'receive a response within 48 hours' or a Free green promise is now in effect as of Monday 11th 00:01am. Most of you should now have had a response to your tickets, with the last of the tickets being done in the morning.

I'd like to sincerely apologize for the lack of support over these past few months, i will be doing my best to make up for it with some new features and improved ratios when the new design comes into affect, and with of course, MUCH improved customer service

I will be around far more often now, so those that would like a chat, feel free to add me on MSN, email is in my profile.

Some notes about this promise:

Obviously at times it may be impossible for us to keep to the 48 hour promise, and as such it will not be in affect when a notice is issued (via exceem forums), such things will include holidays etc.

This has already slipped.

Actions not words Please Ash! All my tickets are still unanswered and my account has still not been verified. When I said my tickets were at 10 days, I mean I haven't had a reply since 4th April. I can't say I'm particularly excited that in just over 24 hours I'll probably be owed another green, I've been waiting for months and months for over 50 to be paid out .

Fingers crossed and hopeful as usual .

I am sure someone with as poor a temperament as you arctic would be far more vocal if you'd put up with as many failed promises as some of us have. I try to leave a few days between posts, if you've seen alot then do not blame me, blame the terrible service we've all been getting and that seems to be continuing. I am ever optimistic that I will be able to post something positive.

I just managed to speak to Donna on MSN by some miracle, hopefully this means progress.

well I can be arsed, we have all been in a similar situation before, some of us much worse situations and while it does help to have a vented spleen every now and again, it doesnt make very good reading for the rest of us and certainly doesnt encourage a helpful environment.

ash is the first to admit he has got it wrong recently, what else can he do, constructive criticism is much more 'constructive' than continual sniping.

think of all the people that we send to exceem every day, and then they arrive and read nothing but moans and groans.

Let me think - answer some tickets and do some verifications... place some orders?

Plenty of people who are new to the freebie scene get referred to exceem. If they don't know that everyone is currently getting messed around on RI then they'll go ahead and sign up to them. In turn, Ash or any other network owner will see no need to get their act together because everyone is still signing up and referring.

I am grateful for the service I've received from Ash and RI in the past, but this has been terrible for the last few months and I think posting is the one thing that makes a remote difference. I've tried emails, tickets, MSN, even telephone!!!! I'd much rather not be posting too.

I know people have been waiting a long time but i'm sure the bad comments and continual bad mouthing don't help your cause any!

I know i haven't been through this as RI processed my order very quickly but i can't help but thinking that the posts here haven't helped anyone.
