| Sorry to hear that Ainslee  This is however getting proper stupid now. It's been a week since last reply, i mean Ash said he finished his exams 12 days ago  Usually he updates us when he goes on holiday or something doesn't he? And Donna hasn't been around for a while too, empty promises again it seems, and what a shame as R-I do have the potential to be a great network but this is what lets them down, inconsistency

| Has Ash disappeared much like this in the past then, if so what have been the excuses? I mean i don't understand what he has been doing for 2 weeks. I wouldn't mind so much if he said he wasn't going to be here or something but he hasn't, that's the problem and it's ever so annoying!

| I had a dream last night that i got my ticket answered, got a free green for having to wait, got the green back that i appear to have 'lost' for some unknown reason (requiring the ticket in the first place!), was able to verify and got my freebie. suffice it to say i was disappointed when i woke up...come on R-I!!! |

| Does anyone else have a bad feeling about R.I at the moment Is the free green promise in place at the moment, if so I and many more people are probably owed free greens, not had a reply to my ticket for 4 days Is Ash an international spy, is that why he keeps disapperaing ? is he at the moment chasing Bin Laden through an Afgan cave system ? [ sorry, watching True Lies last night.... might have got a bit carried away....] |

| As im relatively new to this, ive never experienced any problems with RI, and never understood all the fuss about unanswered tickets etc, however, i now realise how frustrating it gets when they promise one thing, then just break the promise all the time. If Ash had told us he wasn't going to be around for a couple of week then im pretty sure no one would have minded, but when he doesnt tell us anythin then just completely disappears....? Maybe somethin bads happened.... we'd all feel pretty bad for moanin then wunt we lol

| Hi Once again everyone, Once more an apology is expected... Another excuse from what seems like a long list of RI excuses, but I'm not going to sugarcoat it this time, I never got round to sitting my exams on the 2nd June, my partner of 7 years decided to leave me on the 1st, I've basically been in limbo since, having been with her since 14, I've grown up with her, matured with her, and it's been a major blow, of which I'd be lying if i said i was back to my usual self. You at exceem have been good to me and i feel you've a right to know why YET again you've been left without a voice from RI. Those that have been through the same will be able to empathize with me, it's literally turned my life upside down, I've never experienced anything emotionally so powerful in all my life, its shattering... All i ask is that you wish me luck in getting her back... ALL free greens will be honored, though I'm limiting it to one per person who has an outstanding ticket over 48 hours old from any period since the 5th when the period ended.... Please give me a few more days to get my bearings together, I'm sorry yet again to all those that have supported us and been let down time and time again.... Kind regards, Ash |
