has anyone been verified or anything lately? I've been trying to sort my account since February and I just get replies promising it will be sorted and it isn't. I even had to send via a ticket the ID of every one of my completed referrals, which was 100, I took the time to do this and still nothing happens, 6 days without a reply now aswell.

Come on guys get it together.

i have had my account verified within hours.... i really dont understand all this abuse given to R.I. I have never experienced any problems with R.I. Ever. I thin R.I is the best network i have dealt with

I hate members appearing to be aggressive to other members.

I think he is just saying that overall he felt his support ticket experience was good. You feel that yours is not. Ash/Donna read these threads so hopefully they will act on that.

I however have a ticket from the 2nd awaiting a reply...i'm not irate about it, would be nice to have a reply, given the 48 hour promise was presumably back in force as of the 5th (although Ash hasn't actually said this! probably still partying end of exams!)
