Well I disagree with not saying, its poor that Ash cannot say himself. If my item doesn't arrive this time, it's well worth the £35 for filing via the small claims court.

Real Incentives

It only takes an hour for the fj team to response in my ticket.
But I got sad and quite frustrated with their response.
They said that they will no longer accept any members from Philippines
because of fraud.
I don't know why. I haven't done anything wrong.
Why is that so?
Is that true?.

To be honest Jon has to do this, if I told him something but asked him to keep it quiet I wouldn't be happy if he spouted it over the forum, it would compromise his and exceem's integrity. Ash will post whatever it is when he's ready.
