Either way he's not covering his tracks very well with the PSN thing. Wonder if he has facebook or something? Everyone has that... I would dearly love to shame that guy in front of the people he knows after what he's done. It's ad that it seems like these days no one has any conscience at all. I mean scamming people out of thousands (adding it all up) and one user out of 100 greens worth, wow that requires some sad minded person. And he did freebie hunting himself before. Really sad. I can't see him coming back now at all.

| My claim will be certainly going in I won't let someone steal, yes steal my time and expertise in getting greens I advise anyone owed a penny over £35 [ in scotland] or £30 [ England / Wales ] to get a claim in and don't let DonnAsh away with this. He has no excuse and he has stolen money from all of us and just buggered off I work for the police and am seriously considering contacting the police in Wales with a crime report for fraud. |

| There are a couple of things that stand out to me in the T&C's 1. Apple.real-incentives.com is allowed to place any account on hold for any reason. 2. Apple.real-incentives.com is allowed to deny credit for any offer for any reason. 3. Users may not receive more then one item. Any one of these, that you have all agreed to, could possily be used to protect RI if any action is taken against them Im not saying this will be a good defence for Ash but just bear this in mind. And from what I can see it is only Exceem members that can recieve the free greens that have been promised, the only thing that may stop this happening is that again it is not in the T&C's and so Ash may not have to stick to it, I don't know Im just speculating |

| So we all just chalk it up to experience and let the litte scamp walk away with all our money and do nothing about it I think not I'm owed an Ipod touch, I ordered it and he stated on a support ticket it would be sent out "soon" that was 4 months ago as far as I'm concerened the law of the land pertaining to fraud and theft supercedes anything in the T & C's Theft is theft and Ash is a thief, pure and simple. He can put me on hold and delete my account if he likes, I'll still see him in court, either county for a small claims or criminal. Either way suits me just fine |
