I think what ant was saying is that to cash out you need to have reached the minimum number of referrals which I believe is either 2 or 3 so you haven't reached this as you only have 1 ref and therefore would be valid for a payout anyway.

Thing is - let's look at worst case scenario - say if Ash took his sites down now surely he would be breaching many laws as he has promised to send out gifts on here many times and to get back to work and he even had got back to work for small parts to give us fake promises. Surely he could get in to big big trouble if he doesn't return for RI now? Because if the sites up and still making money and he has been seen as still around but not honouring orders there's a laq or something against that isn't there? RI is a ltd too right? So they only way he can pull his business is due to what GA did? But not once has poor funds came in to the equation and he has an absolute huge amount of referrals he has collected from many people waiting which shows that he must be doing well financially at least without having to place current orders.

If only life were that simple. I am not going to speculate on Ri's finances but we know from GA (and endless cases I work on each and every day) that it is easy for directors to draw out more than the business can support.

There is a certain amount of legislation to protect creditors but getting money back is always a challenge, especially if there is little or nothing left in the pot to fund action.

If people are genuinely worried, then they need to stop talking and get on and take their own action. It may mean throwing more money away in costs but you each have to judge if that is worthwhile.

I cannot see Jon allowing talk of a "class action" to continue on the forums, it is not eXceem's battle to fight.

no but exceem has given them a platform on which to work by approving them so have "some" duty to it's members.

I don't know and tbh don't care what's going on with ash but people need to start doing something instead of bitching everyday.

I'm owed £162, £180 inc. my free green (which i doubt can be included in the claim). I'm well up for doing something about it, although if its not possible to file a claim as a group as furbs is saying, then i doubt its worth chasing up (grrrr)!

Correct - what you do in private is up to you, but I won't allow any "group action" to be discussed on eXceem

I will be doing a who is owed what thread etc, but having been away for a holiday, a slight change in my personal circumstances as well as a massive work load at work will mean that probably wont appear untill Thursday.

I didn't mean to sound like a dick, I was jsut saying that if everything was going smoothly you wouldn't be able to cash out so you won't be able to claim anything.
If you'd read this thread as well you'd see that I've done nothing wrong and I've been placed on hold because of Ash/Donna's own stupidity.

I gave Ash/ Ishock a week to reply to my support tickets and E-mails which they have failed to do so I have stated a small claims action against them both [can't use claims online as I live in Scotland]

I'm not advising anyone on what course of action to take and only do this as a very very last resort, i will keep this forum updated on how it goes.

We are not saying

I think it's time to introduce the grading system and also to open Exceem up to a wide variety of the American sites that support the UK, they shouldnt need to apply for the privilige to be on Exceem as both Giveaway and Real Incentives have removed all credibility of Supported status.

Exceem is rapidly becoming a 2 site showcase, not an independent forum as it should be.
