^^ Yep.

I would be shocked if Ash was just only "not doing anything" towards "bitter exceem members". eXceem made his network, we supported him over his break up when he asked for help and made his network what it is. He then has the audacity to give us nothing in exchange. I'm owed £480 and will get every penny of it. I've liked Ash in the past and so have given him a chance, that time is running out.

I have switched all my referral links to freebiejeebies because i cannot be dealing with this kind of service :x

Took Ash 4 months to reset my account and i pmd him all the time and in the end it was Donna who reset it

Well i hope you sort Real Incentives out Ash mate because it is a great company and i think you are letting yourself down

its a reply, it says Ash is trying to resolve the backlog, and people are now getting responses. Granted it would have been nice to know where Ash has been, BUT, he is entitled to a life, maybe, shock horror he has been on holiday, out of the country, having a break from work, along the same lines as any regular human being.

There is obviously lots going on behind the scenes or R-I would i suspect have been made unsupported (not that i know about the intricacies of such a process). Everyone is sooo angry when hiding behind a computer, and yet as soon as they get a reply or get their ticket sorted they are all smiles again....

be patient, Ash is a good guy, regardless of the breakdown in comms.

Seriously how can you say that? Of course Ash is entitled to a life, but taking a 2/3 month break from an online business which leaves the customers in the dark for all at time is just expected and fine is it? If Donna had done her job then things would have been so much better for RI, but no one had anything in that time period which makes me wonder what on earth is going on there. So many people will have been referred to RI in that time, made support tickets about untracked offers and other things and will have had no reply. They go off sensing a scam. So this fiasco will again have tarnished the freebie scene name.

I've liked Ash in the past when i've talked to him, but that makes no difference. It is a business and seeing as i was promised things months ago, twice in fact, and to get nothing in that time period puts you out. I would have preferred it if i wasn't promised my items to be ordered asap, and rather told "if you want the items be prepared to wait". If Ash had informed us that he would be away for a while rather than doing nothing but saying sorry every couple of weeks surely that would have been better? Anyway i think this is proof Ash needs someone actually helping him in the business now like Dunstan was there before, because too many things have happened to RI which has totally tarnished its reputation.

Anyone had any responses today anyway?, i still have nothing still with another day coming to a close :/

I don't get it? Did you write in the ticket that Ash said having two accounts is fine since you pointed out your own mistake earlier? If so, it's like she didn't even read your ticket..

No first I asked why, then I got that response ^

So I've sent him or her the link now. Let's see

I don't see how it was my mistake though, that second account is prefectly legitimate. They should make a note or something. I don't even use it though, I want it deleted.

I was put on hold a while back for a sort of similar situation

When i originally registered I accidently created 2 accounts, same e-mail address but one without the @

I never used the other account, but had to plead my case for about a week before they relented and deleted the error and took me off hold, always thought Ash/Donna was reasonable that way.

Good luck though
