| I just got my reply to my outstanding ticket, only 7 hours till I got A free green too ! Seriously though, the service over the last 3 months has been disgraceful, I only hope that Ash / Donna [ I think they are the same person - anyone ever seen Donna ?] gets their act together. These items are ours, we have bought and paid for them with our hard earned greens and to hear nothing for months is simply not on. Anyway moan over and I hope everyone gets their tickets answered and their accounts verified and that R.I do finally get back to normal Peace out ! |

| Just to confirm here, All tickets have now been answered So no-one qualifies for a free green tonight, sorry everyone Everything will be nice and smooth from now on, with tickets being answered in most cases within 24 hours, and 48 hours at the most, Ash |
