Whenever ive dealt with Real-Incentives myself, ive found them great to deal with. Ash is a real good guy. The 3 gifts ive recieved from them have been great, and i never had any trouble with Real Incentives when ordering them and asking questions.

Ash is good at PR. Believe me I've been fooled 5-7 times by his promises that everything is going to change, and that this time will be different. The title of this topic is pretty strong evidence of his lies.

Ash 'appears' to be a nice guy but he is absolutely c**p at running his network. His inaction is selfish and insults your intelligence.

I have no doubt that IF people ultimately get their gifts, he'll write something very similar to the first post in this topic. My advice based on long experience is don't believe him and don't waste your time any longer.

I repeat - they are not worthy. I have withdrawn all my referrals now and so I no longer have to try to be polite for fear of losing my gift. Larkino - people will make their own decision but this is the evidence. Do not be fooled by hollow promises and stop referring now!

I'm with CloverLeaf. I'm sorry but whilst R-I have been good for me in the past, really good, they've been bogged down by too many problems. I know this event Ash has suffered is hard and all but there's been no sign of him for over a month and he said he would be back within a few days of that last post. It's just not thinking realistically. I mean, if he updated us it wouldn't be so bad, or Donna, or take on another helper at this hard time. Ultimately R-I are a business - and a business can't cease doing anything like this for a month or 2 here and there even under horrible situations like this. I mean, if he had taken on extra help then it would have been so much better but Donna has disappeared (maybe a holiday thinking about it?), Ash should have taken on some more help. I mean Dunstan offered for example

R-I have been great to me, even going as far as paying for the repair to the 360 elite that I WON in a monthly compo.

Personally, without basing this on any sort of fact, I think there is a greater underlying problem here.

Lack of communication from Ash is one thing, but nothing from Donna (the customer service employee) is inexcusable.

I can see this group of sites vanishing in the very near future, which will be a tragic shame - but the damage is done!

I reluctantly agree with most of the comments on here too, I've defended Ash / Donna in the past but this latest disappearance if the final straw.I've had many items from this site in the past and even won a monthly competition but the way they treat customers is unforgivable.

I'm really sorry for the break-up of Ash's relationship and it can be a trying time, but business is business, If he had any going concern from a corner shop to a multi-national corporation, not doing any trade for 1 month and you're finished.

The only thing that gives him an outside chance is to come back really soon, tell us the truth, give away some free greens but more importantly, get back to actually looking after your customers.

In my opinion we've bought and paid for our stuff, it's ours, we did our end of the bargain in getting greens and all RI have to do is pay up, if they fail to do this then hell mend them.

yer it's a shame really, ive switched my links over to another network because i don't want to wait 3 months for my account to be reset again

Well I'm not paying anyone a visit for a couple of weeks yet. If there is no sign by this time next month we might never see R-I return. I really hope we will hear soon as i know people are trying to get in contact with him. I will most definitely consider a visit if nothing happens next month though. What is there to lose?
