I got my account verified and my order placed. Still no reply to any tickets though. It looks to me as though they are sorting the accounts out before responding to any tickets. But why could ash/donna not have come on here and told us this? it wouldnt have been hard!

5 mins just to let us all know what is going on is not alot to ask...

At what point do we start to worry that RI is going the same direction as the GA network. 1 month, 2 months, more...? Hopefully Ash comes back and gets RI back on track but it's not looking great at the moment!

At least we know that something is happening behind the scenes, with my account getting verified. My order still says processing though, after a week! so im not gunna get my hopes up just yet! I just hope that RI can survive after this. Cos no doubt as a result they will have lost a lot of their "regulars". Come on Ash, come back

I've been doing a G4G trade with someone on Real incentives and i completed an offer just over a week ago and its not come through and im worried it never will :S

Last time i got a decent reply was 9 June. Then it was 22 June where i was given a pointless reply seeing as i had already asked for my custom order - and she asked what gifts i wanted. Been waiting since then. Bloody bloody frustrating. I know people have said they don't need to update on here but as they were updating us fine up til last month i don't see why we don't deserve them to continue until this situation is rectified.

Ummm, let's not jump to those thoughts

The thing i don't get is some of Ash's comments, about what he's like which he has said in this thread a few times. The community also has helped Ash an awful lot - and i think it's downright disgusting and immoral if Ash doesn't return soon.

I know i'm thinking the worst but has been quite a while since Ash posted here or answered any support tickets. However i'm still hopeful he'll return and sort out my custom order!

The thing is they were seen to be updating stuff lately and Larkino has his second gift from them so i have no idea what is going on there but i'm sure they will stay, but you can't help but feel it's going to require quite a bit more waiting

bad news, i told you all that i had had my account verified and my order placed. Since then i have heard or seen nothin. and my order is still processing. Just when i thought things might be moving again it looks like they're not!

very not on. Ash has never provided a number to be contacted on, personally I do not know what to suggest, I do hope that there is some dialogue going on with Jon (only Jon can say as much)

Breakups can be a very traumatic time, even verging on grief! And these emotions can affect people in a lot of different ways.

I do think that the lack of communication is very bad - but only time will tell now. Even Donna might be forbidden from making contact.

I emailed him asking if he ever needed a hand with anything I'd give him one as I had a bit of free time. Got no reply though.

He'll be back soon, think he just needed a bit of time after breaking up with his mrs.

Ok i was only wondering, sorry it's just these thoughts coming to my mind and it's about £560 at stake so i hope you might understand what i'm thinking as i am nervous at the current situation.

If everyone who had a break up left their business go to the dogs like Ash has done then how many of them would have gone bust by now?

Time for the excuses to stop me thinks.

Break ups can be traumatic but life goes on and the world still turns. The amount of time and patience his customers have shown him is saintly but at what point do you start to believe your trust and patience is being abused?
This is my personal view and after suffering a break up in the past myself i can honestly say i would not and did not discard my other commitments despite the dark feelings i was having.

TIP: Seperate your work from your personal life to avoid things like this.

I've not read the Real Incentives forum for quite a while and I see that nothing has changed.

I did get my cheque after 3 months of chasing but take my advice: stop referring to RI now, and as soon as you get your gift - get out and stay out. Switch to and stick with FJ: you won't ever have to put up with this rubbish.

RI are not worthy of your time. Full stop.

I'm sure when people receive their gift, they will decide for themselves wether or not they want to continue using RI. They don't need you to do decide for them.
