Surely they realise how much this is damaging their network? Any newbies coming on here and seeing how long it takes RI to respond are gunna run a mile. We deserve an explanation!

Totally. I mean i'm not going to bother using R-I again nearly for sure now and nor will many others. Too unreliable. Updates would have done the world of good.

I'd be on at least 15 by now if it worked that way

Surely it should be like that though. I mean 48hours is a very long time for a website to not be in contact with you!

checked here first n thought other people would have got replies by now... atleast some replies but doesn't look like anyone has heard anything for a while

this is definatley a unique situation, unlike Giveaway, at least Ash has stuck his head up.

I know that businesses need to carry on regardless of personal circumstances, so it would be nice for Donna to at least make an appearance.

I am sure that everything will be ok, once Ash has got his head together, but unfortunately I know that this can take a while!!

I totally understood the last time we had to wait so long to get a reply because of Ash's situation but to come back and promise us that support tickets would be answered etc... then go awol again is no way to run a business. I can understand Ash is probably still having a bad time with what happened but when you are running a business you have to try and keep the two seperate. And anyway it would not be hard to pop on here and post a quick update to let us all know what is happening!
