ah mate i totally know how rubbish that is, same thing happened to be the week before Christmas, it effects absolutely everything in your life. The only counsel i can give is that you WILL get through this, AND be stronger at the other end.

for me, 6 months have passed and she is returning home after being in Kenya since 2 weeks after the breakup, so we will try to have a friendship, but its not easy, i totally empathise. Am on MSN for the next hour or 2 if you wanna chat.

Guilt of nagging, i have none, i wasn't to know this would happen to Ash, from what we could see it was more broken promises, but yes obviously i take all i said back now and wish Ash the best in this situation as who would begrudge someone in a situation like this

. Also for the record Gorseinon is a pretty long way and i'm in pain myself (more the physical side

She's speaking to me on the phone so i suppose it's not all bad, but seems never-ending. To think its only been 2 weeks! It feels literally like 6 months...

God i hate it

i can't bring myself to do anything, it's a shame in this instance that i don't drink (though i've started...), don't do drugs, so it's hard to release myself from myself, what i would give to be out of my mind for a few weeks.....

Never take her for granted! Never would've thought that "you don't know what you've got till it's gone" is actually true!

Sorry for all the sentimental bullcrap lol but this is sort of release for me, your replies have helped me feel better,

One thing i hate about this experience is that i hate how she has so much control over my emotions

One thing i feel about this is that although it's all the little things that have driven her away, I know in the major department of things I've been good. I have NEVER cheated on her, or even thought about it. I don't have that personality, i will always be faithful to the person I'm with . I'm a good guy, i don't drink, do drugs, cheat, fight (never had a fight in my life! - though i have kung-fu incase of such events lol) hang around wrong groups etc. But that may be my downfall, maybe I'm too boring!!!

I'm not a cheap guy at all, I'm the kinda guy to much rather buy something for someone else than for myself, i never cheap out on pressies etc.

Life is not fair. period

Sorry for my babbling, i hope no-one feels less of me for this, but i need to release, and this is the best place for me to do it imo,

Don't think about the negative stuff that you might have done or done differently, remember what a kind, loving guy you are [ don't know you personally but you get an impression of people through messages, emails etc]

How can i not focus on the negative side

It's been 2 weeks, and the emotions are exactly the same,

I wish i could chat to someone, but i can't, as much as i wan't to.......it's killing me....
