Hi,

Is there anyone still working at RI, i know ash used to have everything sorted real quick but still waiting for a reply from a ticket i sent 45 Days ago,

Whats going on??????

I don't know whether it's still the case, but I think the tickets on RI get closed automatically after 14 days.

I hate to moan and I was a big fan of Ash and Apple RI [and even won a PS3 in one of his contests]

But....

I've been a member of Apple R.I for about 18 months and its always the same, decent service for a while than virtually nothing for 1-2 months then Ash comes back around with an excuse, then nothing for 2 months and then he's developing a new site or ill or something else

I really don't like moaning but if people starting out with freebies read all the moans, they might start picking another site

How can you say that!? Ash even replied to your thread, which he didn't have to do.
I don't see how that is library like silence. Has it not occured to you that other people are waiting, or even that both Ash and Donna have a large amount of tickets to get through?
Your very impatient, you got a reply to your ticket, then a mere 3 days later your complaining about your incredibly long wait!!
Going around slating a network is not going to get you a reply any faster.

There are ALOT of people in the same boat as you are, or even people who have been waiting for a longer amount of time.

Well guess what, it wasn't me who put the "your tickets will be answered within 24 hours" nonsense up. So if you see me complaining after 3 days, then that's me exercising my right to complain as they have not met their promises. Simple as that! I'm not having a go at you, but you said you were getting silence from them, when Ash clearly replied to your thread. He did do you a favour, he is in no way obliged to reply to your thread, he did so because he thought you deserved it.

I know it's not fair that alot of us aren't getting a response, but they don't actually have to do that. I'm sure in due time Ash will let us all know whats going on

Didn't Ash say he was getting back to "top form" a couple weeks ago when he replied to beezers ticket? I'm confused as to why it's taking him so long.

There really is no excuse for this level of service, it is truly terrible. Larkino perhaps you have low standards in life, but the rest of us have higher expectations and this has been going on far too long. I take issue at being lied to every 2-3 weeks with endless hollow promises that things will be sorted out. We've all gone beyond our patience threshold now, time to Actually get things back on track Ash!

i think his point is that its the same people coming on every couple of days and complaining/moaning is the only thing they do on excee - not contributing the forums at all

I don't have low standards, I'm very peeved at RI, but like I said above, slating a network isn't going to get anyone anywhere (as has been proved over these last couple of weeks).
