Real Incentives ..still processing ?

i placed an order in consoles.real-incentive.com on 2nd march.. my account was verified but it keeps on saying order is processing.. i even sent them like 5 tickets but no reply... they are cheats

it has been over 23 days

They aren't cheats at all.
You will get your stuff, they are just in the middle of a network update so everything is running a bit slow.

How long do they say it will take? Do they say days or business days?

Stop sending support tickets, each time you do they get sent to the bottom of the pile

Maybe, but it is good evidence of what people who are unaware of exceem or who do not visit regularly are thinking of RI right now. Something really needs to get RI to wake up to the effect of 2 months of poor support service. By the time they finally introduce this new 'improved' design, they may not have any customers to use it!

Thing is, we dont even know what he is processing for. Is it in stock etc?

Should be removed. There service may have slipped recently but they are far from being cheats!

I only created this because i used the RI for the first time and i had to pay to get all the referrals done. And as i spent alot of of money i am bound to think negatively. I placed my order for WII on 2nd March as i said above its been saying processing since 5th of March. You know it is a long time and got my gift from freejeebies in 5 days, i placed the order on FJB on the same day as RI. I was just a little bit worried thats why i posted this topic.

Anyways, i really dont know how to change the topic title. I tried to change it as soon as the first person replied to me saying its undergoing some network and website changes but there is no edit button. Can anyone help me edit my post and the title.

yh i agree this topic should be closed as i got my response i needed. Ill wait for couple more days probably until end of this month and if i dont hear anything ot if i dont get the gift ill be back here again.

as for closing the thread for once i agree with icks , its no worse than other threads , and if we closed every thread like this to just show the positive side of things people would be being mis led and we would be accused of not being fair.

if it does turn into a slanging match i will close it , but for now its staying open

as to the original question , they are not cheats i have had many items from them , though they do appear to be going throuh a slow patch at the moment i am sure your gift will be with you soon.

Ash is just updating the network and i think the new design is going to change my green ratio a lot because it looks amazing!

I have also placed an order for a cheque (so no waiting around for stock issues) over a month ago. I cannot understand why it takes 5 weeks to write and send a cheque out in the post. I have had stuff from them before so they are not cheats but it still makes me annoyed when I have held up my end of the bargain at at the moment it looks like they are stalling!
