Had a reply to my ticket today, from Donna, within 6hours, i was requesting an orange colour nano to be sent out to me...

The reply stated that the orange one has been ordered for me and my order has shipped. Estimated delivery is monday! I cannot wait, fantastic! Thank you. It only took me two weeks from clicking verify to order shipped, everyone should get sorted soon!


RI are back on the money!

Absolutely nothing for me. Scotty9 - lucky you for getting a support reply! I'm constantly re-opening tickets that close automatically after 14 days.

Ash - if this new website design is the excuse behind all this - STOP WORKING ON IT ALREADY!! Please! - get everything up to date before all your customers go mad! Tickets, verifications and resulting orders.

We'll all be so much more grateful for that than being screwed over for even longer for the sake of a pretty web design.

Got my free Nano today! I don't know how i've managed it, but amongst everyone's problems with R.I. i've received my free iPod within 2 weeks of clicking verify! I had a couple late replies to support tickets but my last ticket was answered in 6hours and then my gift shipped! I can't complain, many thanks RI!!!

I hope everyone else gets sorted soon, at least we know there is life there!

Congrats to you. No sign of life for me - still waiting for verification, two replies and my cheque - close to 3 months now. Completely ridiculously poor service.

How long does it usually take to arrive, the item is in stock, i checked
