okay i got a reply to my ticket on monday (after 28 days) which said they will ship my order by the end of the week but it still hasnt. All i want to say is if you couldnt ship it then why say it will b shipped by the end of the week.. its really annoying. My children are getting on my nerves as well

i will never ever use RI again and will never recommend to any... i never thought updating the website takes 40+ days... kudos is the best 1

nope, more like 60 days here, placed order on 2/16/2009. what worries me most is that Ash's profile on here says he was online a few days back but hasn't posted in over a fortnight.

I got my account verified in about a week and a half and now waiting on the processing list. By all accounts it looks like its going to be a long wait, will post here if anything happens!

Does anyone have Ash's phone number? I know I have the number of one of the other networks as it has been printed on receipts from orders I've received.

Anyone able to just call him to see what on earth is going on? Does Jon keep a record of information like this when he upgrades networks to 'supported'?

One quick reply and Ash alleviates lots of peoples worries, if only he'd have done it sooner, might have saved a lot of moaning posts [mine included !]

Not as much as actions do! I'll be thanking him once my cheque is in my hand! All my fingers are crossed that this really does get done by the weekend and history doesn't repeat again.
