Hi everyone,

I can only apologize for the lack of support from myself over these past few weeks, who deals with accounts and more complicated requests.

I'm not going to list any excuses for my absence, excuses don't make a difference.

A few things this week:

Firstly, all support tickets directed towards me will be dealt with over this evening and tomorrow. So expect a response by tomorrow evening at the latest.

Secondly, at the moment, our reset feature (and keeping greens) is not officially implemented as some of you know. Hopefully, by the end of the week i should have some new updates so that all greens are removed once your account has been verified, so there won't be any more needs for manual resets which will save both of us a lot of work.

Thirdly, i should have our new design (including new homepage) done by the end of March. Those of you who have had sneak previews should know its worth the wait (wonder if my head can fit through the door )

Sorry once again for the lack of support. Thanks to Donna as well for handling as much as she could on support over the past weeks without me

Joking apart and being both honest and constructive, it is not the design that would bring me back to Ri. What I'd rathter see is far more consistency in the back office side of things.

Well sadly I am still without any replies. I could really do with some of these promises being followed through - as Furbs suggested, I'm happy with every other aspect of the site. I don't think it needs a re-design and the ratios are good. But the customer support has really got below acceptable. Come on Ash, I really want it to be true when you say we'll have replies by a given deadline - but we'd all be much happier with a reliable definite deadline that gets stuck to and delivered on. Sorry for another negative post .

I read somewhere on the forum that real-incentives had an offer where if they didn't answer a ticket within 48 hours, the person who raised the ticket would get a free green or something like that. Maybe that should be re-introduced to help re-motivate the support staff (and to win back some customers), because to be honest, i've raised a quite a few tickets this and last month and not even one was answered by Donna, the ones that were answered, were responses from you Ash.

Well I got a couple of replies, thanks Ash. A couple of my more recent tickets were missed, just wanted to post the ID of the more recent one as it could do with being answered today: 449158.
