Just had relies to both my tickets!
My account is now being verified

I also put a ticket in asking if he could give some reassurance to exceem members and here's the reply,

That was 20 days for mine! Perhaps they're getting caught up with the backlog cos there will also be people outside exceem who will be waiting too. Only time will tell.

Usually after 14 days.

That's my order changed to shipped now after clicking verify last night.
It's looking like they are now working hard to get things back to normal.
I'd expect to see everyones tickets getting answered very soon.
