My oldest that got a reply was at 9-10 days. My oldest unanswered one is currently standing in support at 6 days, but is actually at 20 days because it automatically closed at 14 and I had to re-open it .

Ash seems to have disappeared again .

Nope still waiting. RI really do have a very short memories, we seem to be back to business (or lack of it) as usual .

ooo thats good news.

Looks like donna must still be working away on verifications, the processing part will probably be down to Ash and recently has taken about a week or so.

I'm not trying to start an argument, but I think Beezer has always been patient with Ash. Usually sticking up for Ash, even while people are complaining about RIs service.

I can only hope Ash is working extremely hard with the new design, hence the lack of activity!

Almost every deadline in that first message has sadly passed and not been met.

One of my tickets automatically closed for the second time since I first wrote it - 28 DAYS!! So I've re-opened it again, . The 24 hour promise is an insult every time I log in. Come on Ash, it will be hard to start referring to your network again after all this no matter how good this new design really is. Surely fundamental to a business model that relies on word of mouth and referrals is customer satisfaction?!

Ash, no matter how wonderful and smashing the new design is going to be, is it worth ignoring your loyal customers ? [ 11 days so far for my latest ticket]

I'd hate to see this new all-singing & dancing website up and running and your customers doing the same ! [ running to another network - crap analogy but it's one in the morning and I'm tired !
