24 hour response?

Why does it say get a response within 24 hours? When its most likely not the case. I think its pretty deciving to place that in the support section to be honest.

Even though I dont mind waiting, others out there who dont visit exceem may just feel in the dark, and then make people thing its a scam.

Yes I'm getting really fed up. Now on day 15 with no replies.

Does anyone know Ash or Donna offline? Some people seem to have got relatively recent replies, but others like me seem to have their accounts being completely ignored for weeks on end!

can you stop posting your problems in every single RI thread? We know you've been waiting, but posting repeatedly about it is going to make them answer your ticket any faster. Lots of people are waiting, so just be patient

Every single RI thread is on this topic. Perhaps when Ash and Donna sees this we'll get replies. I won't have to post about it when we all get replies.

eXceem isn't a place where you can just post your problems with a network.
Most topics your posting in aren't related to support tickets, your just using them as a space to moan

Actually no, all but one is about support tickets not being answered.

Key to exceem I believe is the ability to hold the networks to account and also to let other people know our experiences, good and bad.

I am patient and I have been patient, but when one of your tickets goes so long unanswered that the network's support system automatically closes it - that's when patience runs out.

sure, eXceem is a place where you can share your experiences of a network, but like I said, you only need to voice that opinion. Doing it more than once is no doubt going to annoy the network owners, as well as eXceemers

Well your comments are off thread topic, not mine, and that is a bit annoying. I'm merely responding to a topic that is related to my experiences. There are plenty of other parts of the forum you can go and post in if you like.

Don't post provocative posts which you clearly want a reply to, then complain when the thread goes off topic. Your posts drag threads off topic, because you post the same thing over and over, and that pisses people off.

oooh handbags!!

my suggestion, and I make it again here is for the networks to each have a individual support forum on here as Woostar did. Then a followup could be requested in private.

Although it might be open to abuse it should prevent a lot of these mundane and repetitive threads (not aimed at the OP).

His post was associated with this thread, your first post was the one that got this thread off topic.

Anyway back on track, RI are becoming more and more like GA now, responses aren't even occuring for me
