| Mini Mac | 24 hour response?Why does it say get a response within 24 hours? When its most likely not the case. I think its pretty deciving to place that in the support section to be honest. Even though I dont mind waiting, others out there who dont visit exceem may just feel in the dark, and then make people thing its a scam. |

![]() | Yes I'm getting really fed up. Now on day 15 with no replies. Does anyone know Ash or Donna offline? Some people seem to have got relatively recent replies, but others like me seem to have their accounts being completely ignored for weeks on end! |

![]() | Actually no, all but one is about support tickets not being answered. Key to exceem I believe is the ability to hold the networks to account and also to let other people know our experiences, good and bad. I am patient and I have been patient, but when one of your tickets goes so long unanswered that the network's support system automatically closes it - that's when patience runs out. |

Then a followup could be requested in private. Although it might be open to abuse it should prevent a lot of these mundane and repetitive threads (not aimed at the OP). |
