 |  WHY am I being ignored!!!!!!!!Hiya Well I really hate the fact that my first ever thread in this website is a complain  , but honestly I'm starting to feel like it has all been a scam!  I spent almost a year trying to get my 21 referrals needed to get the Sony VAIO NR21 laptop and on the 23rd Feb I sent my account to be verified. Since then all I see every single day is "Your account is currently being verified. Please check back within 5 business days to see the outcome." I sent 2 questions asking when will my account be verified, but no answer (ticket ID: A31470) I'm new to all this free stuff and just want some assurance that this does actually work and that it is not a scam. Can someone please tell me usually how long does it take to answer questions/ verify/ order and hopefully receive the free item? and is there anyone who actually got one!  AWWWWWW I really can't wait anymore......but one must be more patient I guess  Thanks for reading my moaning till the end  |

| Your long wait is still a bit out of order. My oldest ticket went so long unanswered (14+ days) that today it automatically closed!! So I had to re-open it and start the whole process again, .The statement of replies within 24 hours borders on an insult when some of us are waiting so long - I'd much rather be told replies would be within 7 days and have this promise met 100% of the time. As I keep saying, RI are otherwise a great network but freebie hunting is hard work as it is without fighting to communicate with a network. |

| Hmm. When I sent a ticket out it was replyed to with in 48 hours. Maby there has been a sudden rush of people sending out tickets? |

| YAY ...My account was verified today and I placed the order at 4:15 PM. The current status is processing. Ok, one more question  ; can someone please tell me roughly how long does it usually take for the laptop to be sent?Thank you all for your kind replies  . |

| You guys... it has been well over a week and my order is still processing (since 3/14/2009 4:15 PM) . I'm getting really desperate now. How long more should I wait?!!! I have sent a ticket (459373) on the 19th, but still NO REPLY! Please I'm sure there is someone out there who has been through this before. Oh do share your experiences good or bad...I don't really mind  |

| I've always had really good experiences with RI. They have slipped a bit of late with customer support and getting orders done swiftly, but this is only a recent thing which is hopefully all down to Ash working on the new design.
