Apologies posting a plea for help with my first post but I am having s similar issue to the thread starter.

I completed an offer on Consoles.real-incentives.com for 12 Months XBox live and have been left on the "Your account is currently being verified. Please check back within 5 business days to see the outcome." For nearly four weeks now!!

Ash, If you are around could you please take a look at the following Ticket It was posted on the 3rd of August 10 Full business Days after the offer was first completed.
