Just to confirm here, gifts are still getting shipped weekly, we DO NOT have to wait for any money to arrive before sending gifts out to our customers. We have sufficient backing for at least 4/5 months incase of any circumstances such as late payments or delays that may occur.

Ash - what about my cheque? I have three unanswered tickets, one closing within 2 days.

My verification and replies are still overdue. Can you get my cheque out within a few days too please?

I doubt they have. Certainly there is still no sign of activity on my account.

I guess if nothing changes by Monday we will at least be able to add ever more free greens to what we are owed.

Do you think they are getting more staff in then? Been a month and a half since my ticket was responded to... almost expecting that free green...

Positive message from Ash though, lets hope there's more than one network that will stick to their promises for more than a couple of months.

Don't you worry, I'm not a person who is ungrateful. And regarding your question, the answer is NOT YET!!!! Yet Ash's reply was somehow reassuring (actions speak louder than words though). Larkino you will be the first to know when the forever anticipated cheque arrives, just to get you off my back for once!!!

I still think that we should get at least 2 free greens each for the unbelievably long wait we had (have!) to endure...who else agrees with me?

It looked like a pretty reasonable question to me, he was asking if you had it as you hadnt commented one way or another.

As for the 2 free greens.....I assume you will still be using real incentives then after all this?

I'm in mixed minds about this to be honest.

I've had a few days to think it over and I don't think it's a good idea to make it permanent.

I have the feeling that it will be exploited by people hoping for that chance to get free greens and submitting tickets willy nilly which will in turn increase work load.
Also if it does get too much and you do have to start giving free greens then it will begin to eat into the fall back cash that you have making it smaller.

Perhaps making it until everything is running smoothly again would be a better idea, instead of increasing your workload to meet demands.

I just don't want to see RI run into the ground by it's own generosity if that makes sense.

I like the idea of the free greens (of course). But would rather see RI back on their feet. I'm sure that will bring in the customers more than these free greens.

Only just noticed this.

I'm going to keep this permanent, and I'll tell you why

The fact of the matter is, that you shouldn't have to wait longer than 48 hours to receive a reply, in normal business days that it (excluding holidays etc as detailed in the 48 hour post). Working to a deadline is easier for motivation to keep up with the tickets also,

The only thing failing was customer service, so this 48 hour promise will drastically improve the service you get,
