| iPod 30gb | Do you think they are getting more staff in then? Been a month and a half since my ticket was responded to... almost expecting that free green... I've had a few days to think it over and I don't think it's a good idea to make it permanent. I have the feeling that it will be exploited by people hoping for that chance to get free greens and submitting tickets willy nilly which will in turn increase work load. Also if it does get too much and you do have to start giving free greens then it will begin to eat into the fall back cash that you have making it smaller. Perhaps making it until everything is running smoothly again would be a better idea, instead of increasing your workload to meet demands. I just don't want to see RI run into the ground by it's own generosity if that makes sense.

I'm going to keep this permanent, and I'll tell you why The fact of the matter is, that you shouldn't have to wait longer than 48 hours to receive a reply, in normal business days that it (excluding holidays etc as detailed in the 48 hour post). Working to a deadline is easier for motivation to keep up with the tickets also, Quote:
