If you ever find them do tell us; again I'm still hopelessly waiting for a reply. I'm really beginning to worry now !!!

I also have a lil question: why is it when you ask for an Amazon voucher you get offered a substantially less value than the one offered for an alternative laptop. I'm very baffled. What difference does it make if either of us buy it. it is the same Amazon at the end of the day, right?!!!

When real incentives purchase off of an online store, they can get their VAT back. So either custom order, bank transfer or amazon vouchers, Real Incentives (and any other network) will still be paying out around the same price.

edit: you don't have to worry, they will come through, they're just being a bit slow for some reason.

The freebie world has gone mad, it seems like only FJ and Kudos are consistently on top of their games these days.

too many posts to read here but has anyone suggested that RI might also be waiting for the money from lovefilm?

I don't think it has been suggested yet, but its certainly a strong possibility. Again though, why not a post explaining so (if it is the case).

Just out of interest, does anybody know what the current situation is with the Lovefilm payments? What is their reason for not paying out and is there a time frame or definite date on which they will be paying.

I really hope its soon as I really need a resolution within the next month or so.

Yes I believe that exceem supported status should be reviewed much more frequently, or perhaps a third category of 'Exceem Recommended' or something like that should be created. Freepay, Giveaway and RI may all pay out in the end but their users are currently liable to have a cardiac arrest from the stress of chasing them up to get to that point.

You can't possibly remove a network from supported networks, just because after 2+ years of good service, they have a small blip...

A small blip !

I think constantly defending networks whose customer care is declining is not helping anyone out, least of all the network itself

This has been happening for the 18 months i've been using RI, and its been getting steadily worse, lots of activity for a while, then nothing for a month, then an excuse then the same again and again ....

Please, Ash or Donna if you read this, please please remove the "support ticket answered within 24 hours" nonsense as it is really insulting to your customers !

I do hope that Ri gets back on track sometime soon as I do like dealing with them but the waits for anything to get done is soul crushing

I looked back and it has been almost 3 months since I first asked for a BT/cheque. Endless delays since then, unanswered tickets and excuses.

My patience has really run out now. I'm wondering what ways there are to twist RIs arm and hopefully get some action.

Is there an equivalent of the BBB in the UK? Perhaps the BBB would still be interested as although RI are UK based, they do operate as a business to US customers...

Those numbers are out of date and don't work. Anyone got a more recent number? I'm very keen to call and ask what is going on.
