Yeah as arcitc says they will need to buy it from Amazon themselves, meaning you will need to look at the bit that says

"In stock and sold by" then it should say Amazon UK after it.

Then you should be ok.

I just would like to ask if RI would accept if I paied the £10 difference?!!!

Who knows, they seem to be back to doing nothing once again. I notice the final remaining deadline of Ash's update message - that we'd have a new design by the end of last month - has also been missed. That's a sad 0% record. I just want to get my custom order sorted! It's been 2 months!

I am also back to the waiting game. No activity since that last message from Ash above. They're still a long way from keeping to their 24 hour promise.

Does anyone else know how long it will take for the advertisers to confirm an offer completion? I've had a 'pending' that hasn't changed after something like 7-8 weeks.

this is getting silly again, I placed my order on 16th Feb and have had two replies to tickets saying it would be done that day (along with other requests) and nothing gets done.

I have another ticket that is now 6 days old now! Its urgent as is concerns a manual green on my account so i can verify before the end of the month.

Clearly what they meant to write on the support page is 'Receive a response within 24 DAYS'!

It seems they are doing one day of work every 3-4 weeks and then going on holiday once again. My tickets are on 9 days.
