Can someone please tell me when will they unveil the new and wonderful website layout or site maintenance so that our orders can finally be processed....I'm really am sick of all this waiting. I really don't mind waiting, what I mind and in fact HATE is waiting indefinitely. They should give us all an expected waiting time; well that's the least they could do really! ( and by waiting time I don't mean "your ticket will be answered within 24 hours"!!!)

You see they are not giving us these laptops or whatever for free or out of the goodness of their hearts. NO, they do actually get a commission for each and every referral we make. So far we did our end of the deal now they need to do theirs!!!!!!!!!!!!

end of this month Ash (owner of RI) said.

I know it's hard to hear, but you will get your gift, just need to be a bit more patient.

You should try reading some of the Giveaway/Freepay (I never thought I would associate those 2 together) threads, people have been waiting since November for their gift!

I've learnt from previous experiences that if your own account hasn't been verified at the time it is supposed to on RI, its the same case for everyone else.

Just an update for everyone, on my account, its changed to the gift being ordered and i can now reset my account

the bank transfer is yet to grace my presence so i hope its hear soon - it should take that long

I think this is the last thing on peoples mind's.
People are more worried about getting the customer service things back on track rather than a new design.

I've posted my reply from Ash on the other thread and his words were

"there were some things arose that were out of my control, but we are now back on top form."

He has changed my account to my custom order and I am now in the verification stage.

So hopefully this will be RI getting back on track.

The design can wait for me.
I'd much rather see the support and the network get back on the customers good side.

I'm not trying to start an argument here, but you do need to be patient.

This is a reply I have had to a ticket that is 20 days old.

You say that you have been waiting 5 days for a reply.
There was something that arose that was out of Ash's control and they are now working to get back on top of things as others are beginning to also see.

There will no doubt be a backlog of support tickets from people who have been waiting for a lot longer than yourself.

All I can say is please just try and be patient, we realise you have worked long and hard to get these refs.

I have a lot of a faith in RI and I'm sure they will certainly be back on "top form" very soon.

Edit: Just realised you have been waiting since Feb for your account to be verified.

Hmmm I'll see if Ash is on MSN any time soon and see if there is anything I can find out for you.

Which laptop is it that you are waiting for btw?

As they order from Amazon but are usually reluctant to buy from any third party sellers on amazon.
It may be that the laptop you want is currently out of stock.

I got some replies a couple of days ago but they're still far from 'on top form' as my reply to the ticket has not been answered after 36 hours and they missed a ticket which is now up to 4 days. Things do seem to be picking up slightly which is a good sign I guess.

Thank you very much beezer123 for your reply and congratulations on your order. Honestly without these reassuring replies I would have lost faith in RI and gave up years ago. I have placed an order for a Sony VAIO NR21 on the 23rd Feb. On the 27th March I had a reply saying that my order was out of stock and they asked me to pick another laptop from Amazon UK up to £420. On the same day I sent them the details and the link of the alternative laptop and since then no reply. My choice was Sony Vaio NS20EP 15.4-inch Laptop, PMDC T3400, 2.16Ghz: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics & Photo
At £449.95 it is slightly higher than the proposed £420. But again I know that the laptop I originally ordered costs £449 (so I think it is fair)!

Am not exactly sure that the network will buy that from a third party seller. Amazon arent selling it for that price, infact they quote £563.29 as being the price.
