He won't answer to a PM, best just to wait it out with the support ticket.
Mine has been sitting for 11 days now. Hopefully it will get answered soon enough but I doubt a pm or another ticket would speed it up I'm afraid.

If i were you custom order, the laptops in RI aren't updated as often as lappy prices fluctuate(which is fair enough)
you can have any laptop up to £420

On another note, as I don't seem to be going to get a reply any time soon, perhaps someone here can answer. Ash let me know what date a pending should have gone green. It is now about 5 days after that date and there's been no change - I'm sure others have had this happen, what was the outcome for you?

heyyy same is happening to me in but in consoles department... my order was placed on 2nd march.. it was verified but it keeps on saying order is processing.. i even sent them like 5 tickets but no reply... they are cheats

Stop going around calling RI cheats.
They are nothing of the sort.
Myself having received over £2000 worth of stuff from them alone is testament to that.

I think Ash is genuinly a nice guy and there must be a bit of excusable trouble atm

I recieved an xbox 360 elite and an ipod nano from them previosly so they are certainly not "cheats"
