I'm sure you asked this before.

Real incentives arent going to post here why you are on hold, you'll have to send a ticket and then wait for an answer, I guess.

Both Ash and Donna have been online today and neither have attempted to answer any of the issues in the forum posts. Sometimes I wish I was dealing with FJ and their legendary support however much I otherwise like the RI sites.

Where exactly does it say on exceem that the network owners have to answer forum posts?

They should have some sort of moral obligation to answer us when their customers are having problems with their site.

Where exactly did I address my post to you?

I believe exceem is key to holding networks to account and that people should post their experiences both positive and negative.

I don't expect a response from a network owner on exceem, but do to a support ticket, and would also expect owners to want to address issues brought up in exceem as a matter of maintaining their good publicity.

Isnt that what support tickets are for? theres no guarantee an owner will see a post here when hundreds of posts are made every day.

if you make a comment in a forum, expect an answer You cant expect network owners to answer questions on here because if they miss a question, that person then moans about being ignored.

The owners might have been online but that doesnt mean that they saw the posts or possibly they were unable to answer.

I've just heard from support they have my referral id and another one they say is mine -

http://apple.real-******ives.com/45698

This is really nothing to do with me, anyone got any thoughts on how I can prove this ?

I have been getting free stuff from various sites for 4 years and I don't make newbie mistakes like having 2 accounts or signing up for more than one offer

Has this happened to anyone else ?

I can't believe how fast you're getting responses. I'm 15 days without a response and you get two in less than 24 hours!

You'll struggle to prove it, is that a recent referral for you? Have they done an offer? If not and this is your first 'offence' I'd expect you can just confirm it is not you and they'll unlink the accounts, put the other one on hold or whatever and then take you off hold. FIngers crossed anyway.

And when you reply, suggest Ash takes a look at exceem or digs around for old tickets that have been missed!

My own referral id is 63460 and they are saying that id
45698 is mine ?

Why would my id be older than the one they are saying is mine, I really don't understand why they think this is mine

I have been with Apple RI for 18 months, got a PS3 in September and won Ash's October competition for another PS3 and have been a member of various sites for 4 years and never been put on hold before

I'm confused too. You shouldn't have even been verified for your ps3 if Ash is claiming you have another account with an earlier id.

So you've been told that you apparently have 2 accounts, but what information have they based it on? I suggest you request proof of how these 2 accounts are supposed to both be yours, and then you can go about proving otherwise.

Perhaps somebody signed up recently, after you got your gifts? that's why it's only been noticed.

No doubt ash will sort it out, but you may have to provide some sort of proof that you didn't create multiple accounts for fraudulent activities.

The second account that is supposedly their's is older than the one they've already received a gift with so if this old account is their's, they should have never got a gift in the first place since it existed long before the "second" account was made.

I understand that but genuinely and honestly I have not opened any other account with apple ri

I have already used the 1st 16 greens I got on a PS3 and games and am currently sitting at 11 greens, so I don't have to cheat in order to get greens

This is the latest response from my support ticket, Anyone got any thoughts ?

Hi Jim,

When i checked your account ( ref 63460 ) i found a second sign up with your same details/address/ etc ( ref 63433 ) - and this account shows you as signing up through another referral ( 45698 ) though no offer was completed.
These show up in the same page when checking ID's/addresses/emails for fraud before verification is done.

Any/all accounts found to be the same/suspicious are put on hold while accounts are checked regardless of whether you have received previous items before as accounts can be added onto after and as said previously both accounts have been active in the last couple of months.

I'm sure you can appreciate that we have to check every account before we verify them and would rather not place members on hold if possible.
