When i checked your account ( ref 63460 ) i found a second sign up with your same details/address/ etc ( ref 63433 ) - and this account shows you as signing up through another referral ( 45698 ) though no offer was completed.
These show up in the same page when checking ID's/addresses/emails for fraud before verification is done.

Any/all accounts found to be the same/suspicious are put on hold while accounts are checked regardless of whether you have received previous items before as accounts can be added onto after and as said previously both accounts have been active in the last couple of months.

I'm sure you can appreciate that we have to check every account before we verify them and would rather not place members on hold if possible.
Surely when they sent out youir gift earlier they should've put you on hold then, but why have they put you on hold now? Seems like a botch up on their end the way i see it. Unless i'm missing something.

Hopefully now that Ash is back he can have a look at my support ticket [no offence to Donna who answered my tickets super fast - many thanks]

Still no further forward on this matter and I'm still baffled as to what I'm suppoosed to have done

Got an update from Ash, apparently I have 2 accounts signed up for within 1 hour of each other

Jimbo1888@*******.co.uk
and
Jimbo1888*******.co.uk

I missed the @ from one, couldn't log in to my account [because I missed the @] and created a second account which I have used ever since.

Both accounts have the same shipping details, address, name, date of birth, and password.

Hopefully Ash will see this for what it is, a genuine mistake and not an attempt to be dishonest.

I'll post any result [for anyone whose interested !]

we are the networks customers, it has nothing to do with them having to reply to us on exeem or other forums about being on hold etc you obversly have done something wrong as they dont put people on hold willy nilly.

I have a new laptop and its got a tendancey to miss out letters etc, so if i have an account missing out the @ in my e mail using the same password, i must have loggen in by mistake [same password and almost the same e-mail address]
The point is I have gained nothing from this second account and if I was going to try and cheat I would pick a different address,name,date of birth and password !!

I mean I might be daft but I'm not stupid !
