 | On Hold ???I have had my Apple Real incentives account for over a year, managed to get a PS3 last Christmas and have just been put on hold after ordering an Ipod Touch. Any help about why I have been put on hold and info ? Can I appeal this and can I find out why ? |

| I've had a reply from my support ticket saying I have multiple accounts ?? I have appealed this as I have only one account and have had it for over a year, and I know that multiple accounts is the easiest way to get put on hold. Anyone else ever been put on hold for this and what the outcome ? |
