Hey everyone,

Glad you like the support page design, our aim was web 2.0 style . I've put it up sooner than i wanted to, but it needed doing compared to the old layout on there, was a tad unprofessional.

Will be a while until there are any changes to any other sites unfortunately,

Hi Ash,

I'm also liking the changes to the support, and particularly the bit about replies in 24 hours. I've got a few tickets a good bit longer than that (9 days) do you think you could take a look at them, I guess the oldest one was overlooked somehow. ECBB28, 3D8A30, BA3BCF.

We're gonna be working hard over the next few weeks/months/years to ensure that replies take a maximum of 24 hours from the time you submit your query, we have a little backlog which will be dealt with today,

Looks great! Good to think that some networks are doing their best to keep all of their operations up-to-scratch, not just the money-making part.

Also just thought I'd mention that I've been impressed with the support lately, my custom order has been dealt with excellently.
