Problems with RI?


Is anyone receiving replies to their tickets? Mine are up to 6 days now with no reply.

Also, I pressed verify before last Sunday and I am Still not verified, despite the info saying it will be done Within 5 working days.

Has anyone else been verified or had replies since last Saturday? I'm starting to get worried that RI is going the same way as GA, and we've all read about that...

Any update/explanation, Ash? Donna? Anyone know what's going on?

I'm hoping I'll get verified and replies by the end of the day, but it is getting later today with no sign of action. You email an online shop and they'll reply within 24 hours, pretty much guaranteed. Why is this so different? What is more difficult?

My support tickets were answered fairly quickly last week and I pressed verify last saturday as well, but no verification the following day. I hope they get done tonight.

Ash is online on msn but I'm not getting any reply.

I was getting a reply usually about 48-72 hours later and that was at the beginning of the week i think.

I'm sure they will answer it soon enough although 6 days does seem a bit longer than usual recently.

I'm still not verified either, this is getting really silly. Any ideas on what we can do? It is very strange Ash was ignoring MSN messages last night too.

Hmm, not good. Does anyone know Ash offline? It would just be so reassuring to know this is just a temporary glitch and things will be sorted in a few days. I'm redirecting my links for now, much as I hate to do so.
