| iPod 30gb | I know its just an honest mistake and a series of unluckiness but if you follow this thread its got a bit frustrating! Order (bank transfer) processing for a month and the support ticket which Ash recommended sending in (see back a page in the thread) was done nearly a week ago. Just sent another.

![]() | Everytime I hear from RI that they've changed and improved things and that long response times were a glitch, I do believe them. I really want RI to have good support as their sites have good ratios etc. When I saw the 'response within 24 hours' graphic on support I was particularly happy that it seemed everything had finally been sorted. However, I have a ticket up to 11 days with no response and another that is up over 48 hours of working days without reply. Are other people getting replies? It really is such a shame when working on a site gets so stressful! And as someone said elsewhere, I really feel sorry for those who have not discovered exceem and cannot seek any form of explanation/reassurance. Sorry for another negative post. I will certainly be posting positive things if/when responses become consistent and reliable, but this is not something I have experienced in the last few months. ![]() | Well I've still not received a reply. My ticket has reached 2 weeks unanswered. This is pretty terrible service when the site is covered in response time claims that are just not being met. |
