you will never get a refund. you broke the rules. your referrals may have broken the rules as well.

I suggest you have a good read of the terms and conditions as it will clearly state somewhere it is your own fault if you break a rule and they're not responsible

EDIT: grr jamie stealing some of my being right ness

i'm still a bit unsure why any refund would be due - you paid for and got a service - for example if you signed up to coral and deposited £5 you got £5 to spend at coral the same as you would if you hadn't signed up through RI

Sorry mate but i don't think there is anything that a lawyer could do, as moviedrome said you signed up to a company to get started with such as gala bingo or lovefilm, why would they refund you, all the company has to say is that when they signed up; you and your friends agreed to the T & C

lay it down for us right here then. let the_saint comment on it.

You have no case what-so-ever. If you are placed on hold it is final and even if you pay a lawyer thousands, you will get nowhere. Give up already.

Then your one of the people ruining the offers like aol by not providing the adbertisers with quality leads so they withdraw from the freebie networks

Please comment on the following then:

1. You signed up to RI
2. During signup you agreed to the terms and conditions
3. You broke the terms and conditions (again i'm assuming you have because you are on hold and haven't denied this)
4. You were put on hold as stated in the terms and conditions you had already agreed to

The problem is that only you and the network have the details so no-one on here can comment on whether you have a 'good case.' I would say though that RI have clearly reviewed the situation from the posts that have been made in this thread and have decided to leave account(s) on hold so those accounts must have broken T&C, whether intentionally or not.

Well by you contemplating legal action, and discussing it on a public forum, you could indeed be ruining any possible case you have.

Since I am not aware of what has happened, and wont be told by Real Incentives, with their respect for the data protection act, I do know that their terms and conditions are fair, have similar policies to other networks, and are there to protect both themselves and their advertisers from fraud. Other than that since I will never know the full facts I cant comment further
