Hi

Can anyone tell me if greens are meant to rollover on RI?

Ive just reset my account and I had a spare green but it has gone

You have to ask Ash to reset the account manually. If you just hit the reset button, it clears everything

Oh well, just had a reply to my ticket, I can't have my green back because I had reset it.

I'm sorry to say it, but I feel a little cheated that my green has been removed, I cant see anywhere that states you need to log a support ticket for this to happen, maybe I just havn't looked hard enough.

They are a business mate and they need to make as much profit for themselves so it's not surprising they wont give it to you. Must be gutting though.

It is not an official policy with us to rollover greens, but we allow it if you request it. We may in the future make it available to all members, but currently, only exceem members know about this, though anyone can request it,

With me, ash just removed a certain number of greens neede for my gift.
You think this is bad? when i had my first gift i had to wait so long to actually get the gift i wasted like 10 referrals!!!
i sware there was a thread on here b4 tht someone did this and ash got them back?

when you have enough referrals for your order and its been shipped you do not press reset, you send in a ticket requesting the extras to be rolled over

Sorry to uber bump this, but this is utter balls lmao. What a ****e system. Surely you should put some sort of warning saying that your going to lose your unsused greens if you reset.

Sadly im rather peeeeeved, disapointed, and gutted that £40 quids worth of refs have vanished.

I would be gutted too mate. Seems like a bit of a backdoor way of making more cash for the amount of stuff they give away. Would it be a lot of work to sort this?

I think i've lost around £200 as a result of the system too but earned £480 worth anyway from sites i completed 2 years ago and luckily didn't reset I didn't even realise there was such a system until last month so am pretty pleased anyway, just wish they would buck up on their support now
