| mine hasn't either, been waiting 3 weeks since I was told in a thread it would be done that day and had the ticket closed, submitted another over a week ago tried a PM and still nothing. gettin a tad ticked off now |

| Just be careful it doesn't go over 14 days guys, as I believe if there's no action on a ticket it automatically closes after 14 days.
