Non-responsive ticket


Hi there.

I am currently in a trade with another Exceem member and I completed my offer on 25th November but it wasn't tracked.

I've raised a support ticket on the 28th November and after some initial communication I was finally told on the 7th December that my offer will go green within 24 hours.

Well we're now over a week and it still hasn't been credited.

Both my trader and myself have chased this up but without any response.

Please can the admin look into it ASAP as my trader is desperate to get credit and I'd like to complete the trade too. The ticket number is 2AB87C.

It's a shame mate. But i got stung by two people who I traded with. the first one cripple when i 'leant' on him the other one has disappeared completely. After submitting a ticket they removed the green I had done for him. There are always scum who will pick on people who are trusting. Just gotta be so careful

I think you got the wrong end of what I was saying.

My trader has completed their offer for me and is showing green but it is my offer that is not showing as green (or even yellow) for them so at the moment they are losing out.

I'm annoyed with Real Incentives' support as they haven't responded to any recent messages despite both myself and my trader putting pressure on them.

here is a quick question, did you trade under the trade section??

and what offer did you complete??

Lovefilm takes upto 2 - 4 weeks.

I would suggest creating a new support ticket....

And provide everything, including proof of you completing
your side of the trade too. Real Have replied to everyone of my support tickets. So I don't think they are ignoring you....

I completed the Jackpot Joy offer so I know it should have tracked quicker than the notoriously slow Lovefilm.

I've also provided all the necessary documentation they need and the last response I got from them was...

Creating a new support ticket would be the best way.

Jackpot my take a lot longer than 24 hours if I am not mistaken.
I think it's around 1-2 weeks. or I could be mistaken.

As for you being disappointed I'm sorry to hear that.

You will however see that most people have had a ticket reply.
Myself included. in less than 24 hours....

Hi Ash.

Okay many thanks. I appreciate that you're probably experiencing a lot more work at the moment getting the orders out before christmas.

I was getting a little worried that my ticket had been lost amongst the christmas rush!

And at 9:40pm there is still no green!
