![]() | Experiencing the same problem here, initial ticket was raised on the 02/12/08, I had a response from Donna without further response then had Mr Tindal and still awaiting, ticket number: 78340F. I know that eXceem should not be used for clearing these support ticket issues but I don't know what else to do to resolve this?!? Any help would be greatly appreciated. |
