The things I said were true in the fact that ash was not his usual self and that support was, I quote "Slacking". I admit, I could have used less 'harmful' words. It was not like ash to leave support tickets unanswered. Nothing against Ash, i was just comparing is impeccable track record, with recent times. I now understand the reason why you were slightly less efficient, and I Hope you are feeling better ash. Cheers.
